Newmarket Holidays is one of the UK’s largest independent operators offering a wide range of escorted holidays and cruises around the world together with a range of event-based breaks. ACE Cultural Tours operate escorted group cultural tours. They use the Tigerbay platform to manage their group tours, customers, quotes and bookings, and to issue all documentation.The platform delivered positive performance and lead conversion improvements from the moment our brochure and website launched.

CV Villas manage their relationships and contractual details with villa suppliers within Tigerbay’s reservations platform. All customer details are captured and stored securely with quote and booking management. CV Villas bookings can typically be complex and Tigerbay helps CV Villas manage this seamlessly, along with issuing high quality documentation, operational and accounting reports.Since implementing Tigerbay it takes half the time it previously did to make a new booking. It has improved efficiency and accuracy by enabling us to access all product information in one place, and the integrated DMS has helped us to generate improved documentation.
